Have the
benefits of the beach while living in the mountains! Our
beach club in Palo Seco puts you right on the surf and
estuary. Surfing, fishing and just plain relaxing on
the beach within 20 minutes of the property. |

At the center
of the community is the meeting place for residents to have
functions and parties. Containing a full kitchen, BBQ pit and other
amenities to make you feel at home, use of the club house is
open to all residents as part of your monthly community
fees. |

Tennis
Stay fit and
keep your game sharp as exotic birds fly past on our
hard-court surface. Probably the most exotic setting in
which you will ever play, and with the club house and pool
close by, you can refresh yourself after your match. |

residents to cool off during the hot part of the day. Bring
a towel and jump right in to swim some laps or just relax in

Surfing
If you like to
or want to learn to surf, Costa Rica is one of the best
places in the world for variety and consistency. Bring your
board or leave it at home and rent one from the many local
surf shops and head to the beach. You will not be
disappointed. |

Costa Rica is
amongst the top three places in the world to catch billfish. The Quepos
